FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with accounting team on monthly close process including account reviews
• Produce Annual Budgets and in-year reforecasts with the FP&A team
• Work with business leaders to produce reliable forecasts
• Prepare and present variance analysis reports against budget, forecast and prior periods
• Global headcount tracking and reporting, cross-functional support on hiring plans
• Manage weekly cash forecasting process and data sources for liquidity management
• Analyze large data sets and summarize key messages for management
• Support preparation of materials for Board of Directors, investor meetings, earnings calls
• Build relationships across functions and with external partners

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of FP&A or Finance experience
• Bachelor's Degree with finance concentration; CPA or MBA preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred

• Proficient at creating financial models, budgets and reports
• Technical knowledge of finance and accounting, three financial statements, SaaS business model and metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, CAC)
• Understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP reporting, accrual-based accounting
• Experience in international reporting environment
• Experience with headcount reconciliation and tracking
• Exceptional presentation, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights and NetSuite ERP

Conditions

• Hybrid work model: minimum 3 days per week in the office
• Base salary range: $90,000 – $130,500 USD
