Mobile Flutter Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mobile Flutter Developer Analyst (Affirmative Position for People with Disabilities) based in Brazil.

• Develop, maintain, adapt, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter, contributing to product quality and continuous evolution.
• Support the definition of technical feasibility and contribute to sustainable, scalable, and business-aligned solutions.
• Develop and integrate modules, applications, and internal environments, ensuring effective communication with APIs and backend services.
• Apply Design Systems and reusable components to promote consistency, productivity, and quality across mobile development.
• Implement unit and widget tests to improve application reliability, stability, and maintainability.
• Work with state management approaches and architectural patterns, particularly Clean Architecture.
• Contribute to technical debt reduction, code quality improvements, and the evolution of development practices.
• Participate collaboratively throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to technical decisions and overall team results.

• Experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Knowledge of Design Systems and reusable component implementation.
• Knowledge of unit testing and widget testing.
• Familiarity with major state management approaches in Flutter.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns, particularly Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with design and development patterns such as Facade and Decorator.
• Experience integrating APIs and backend services using HTTP libraries such as Dio.
• Basic knowledge of Microservices and/or Micro Apps architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in continuous learning and technical development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in collaborative and agile environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of TDD and/or BDD practices.
• Familiarity with Firebase Dynamic Links and Deep Links.
• Experience analyzing and monitoring application failures using Firebase Crashlytics.
• Knowledge of code quality tools such as SonarQube.
• Familiarity with Remote Config, ConfigCat, or other feature toggle solutions.
• Knowledge of Firebase Analytics for event and metrics monitoring.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with version control platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Familiarity with project and task management tools, preferably Jira.
