Program Manager

About the company

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, objectives, roadmaps, milestones, operating models, and delivery plans across multiple projects and vendors.
• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and Coordinators through goal setting, capacity planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Own the day-to-day client relationship and lead governance meetings, planning sessions, and business reviews.
• Align client expectations around scope, priorities, timelines, and changes.
• Partner with the Quality Manager to establish quality objectives, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and secure annotator/rater capacity, optimizing shifts, handoffs, and workflows.
• Manage program budgets, margins, commercial changes, and change orders.
• Maintain program-level risk, issue, action, and dependency tracking; lead root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to standardize SOPs, templates, dashboards, and operating processes.
• Collaborate with Operations Technology teams to pilot and scale automation.
• Ensure compliance with data handling, privacy, security, and platform-access policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Quality, Operations, and Vendor Management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, data, engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years leading large-scale or multi-workstream delivery programs, ideally in AI data, content review, labeling, or annotation.
• Experience managing high-volume programs with vendor management, capacity planning, and distributed teams.
• Proven ability to own client relationships and establish governance cadences with senior stakeholders.
• Strong program planning and portfolio governance capabilities.
• Experience setting team objectives, coaching, delegating, and providing performance feedback.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Practical experience with spreadsheets, project/task management tools, and BI dashboards.
• Familiarity with SQL and ETL concepts is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of quality management, including SOPs, QA gates, and audits.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously and make tactical and strategic decisions.
