Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Apex solutions (domain/service/selector patterns, one-trigger-per-object, bulkified and governor-safe).
• Develop Service Cloud capabilities: complex case management, entitlements, milestones, routing, customer service automation.
• Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for customer and partner self-service.
• Implement Digital Engagement channels: Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger.
• Build Bots and AI-powered customer service automations integrated with Apex, Flows, and external systems.
• Design secure Apex REST APIs, callouts (Named Credentials), Platform Events, async Apex (Queueable, Batch, Schedulable, Future), CDC-driven solutions.
• Develop Apex services consumed by Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud, Flows, and AI Agents.
• Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for large-volume Service Cloud data.
• Create invocable Apex to extend Flows and bot conversations.
• Participate in solution design applying Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects on security, scalability, performance, maintainability.
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD using Git, Pull Requests, SFDX/DevOps Center, packaging.
• Support UAT and troubleshoot incidents using logs, debug tools, event monitoring.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, list views, queues, reports, dashboards.
• Configure automations: Flows, approval processes, assignment rules, escalation rules, Omni-Channel routing, email automations.
• Maintain Salesforce security: users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security, validation rules, Experience Cloud access.

Requirements

• APEX-first Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Digital Engagement.
• Knowledge of Apex REST APIs, Platform Events, async Apex, CDC.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components, Flows.
• SOQL/SOSL optimization skills.
• Experience with Git, SFDX/DevOps Center, CI/CD.
