This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Epic Security Applications Analyst III-Digital and Technology Partners based in United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Applications Analysts, including instructing, assigning, directing, and reviewing work to ensure quality and effective delivery.
- Support the planning, organization, and coordination of section activities, helping prioritize work and maintain alignment with broader technology objectives.
- Partner with client management to identify and define complex business requirements and processes, translating them into appropriate application specifications and solutions.
- Contribute to application design, testing, implementation, and deployment activities across diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and technical tools.
- Coordinate application activities with other IT functions, including database, telecommunications, operations, technical support, and related technology teams, to ensure integrated delivery.
- Serve as an expert technical resource to development staff throughout all phases of application development and implementation, providing guidance and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Support supervisory and management activities as needed and assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Manager.
- Lead projects when assigned, coordinating technical activities and helping ensure deliverables are completed effectively and according to requirements.
- Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least five years of solid and diverse professional experience in information technology, with the technical depth needed to operate effectively in a senior applications analysis role.
- Epic Security Certification and hands-on Epic Security experience are required.
- Strong knowledge of application analysis, development, testing, implementation, and technical troubleshooting across complex systems environments.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements and processes into clear technical specifications and practical application solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide, mentor, coordinate, and review the work of other technical professionals.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with application, infrastructure, database, telecommunications, operations, and technical support teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively in a complex technology environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use productivity tools effectively in a professional IT setting.
Conditions
- Annual salary range of $99,200 to $148,800 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, education, and operational requirements.
- Full-time position with a daytime work schedule.
