Responsibilities
- Own and deliver well-scoped features end-to-end within the Campaigns and Advertiser services, from design input through to production.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable Go code that meets the team's engineering and security standards.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions for the features you build, with guidance from senior engineers.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other squads across the AdTech tribe to ship reliable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the services you help maintain, escalating and learning as needed.
- Participate actively in code reviews, estimations, and team ceremonies, and keep growing your technical and business understanding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software development experience, with solid foundations in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Hands-on experience with Go (or strong proficiency in another backend language plus a genuine interest in Go) and a good understanding of service-oriented / microservices patterns.
- Experience with relational (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
- Some exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes, and a willingness to deepen this knowledge.
- A quality-first mindset: you write tests, care about readability, and are comfortable asking for and giving feedback in code reviews.
- Good communication skills and fluent English.
