This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Vice President of Operations - Helios HVACR Services based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational execution across a national field-service platform, balancing consistent service standards with strong local leadership
- Deliver against requirements of sophisticated national and multi-site customers, including SLAs, response times, documentation standards, and customer-specific operating protocols
- Build operating mechanisms that create consistent customer experiences across geographies
- Partner closely with national account and sales leadership to understand customer demand and operational constraints
- Establish a disciplined approach to managing field capacity, including technician headcount, skill mix, geography, utilization, scheduling, dispatch, and routing
- Improve technician productivity and utilization while reducing unnecessary travel time and callbacks
- Own operational and financial performance, connecting field-level drivers to revenue, margin, and cash flow
- Lead a rigorous, data-driven operating cadence using business intelligence and operating systems to establish clear KPIs
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing operating leadership team
- Support continued organic growth and strategic acquisitions by leading operational integration
Requirements
- Significant senior leadership experience within a national or multi-site field-service organization
- Extensive experience leading large, technician-heavy or field-based organizations
- Demonstrated direct P&L leadership
- Deep experience managing field capacity and improving technician productivity
Conditions
- Onsite executive role in Maitland, Florida
- Regular travel across the national operating footprint
