Responsibilities
- Track market updates and regulatory shifts across key jurisdictions (MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, Danish Gambling Authority, ADM), perform gap analyses and ensure operational readiness
- Manage end-to-end audit processes and lifecycle compliance for technical and security certifications, including CMP, ISMS/ISO 27001 and RNG, in collaboration with independent testing laboratories
- Develop, review and update internal compliance procedures and technical security policies
- Evaluate regulatory specifications for new jurisdictions and translate rules into actionable technical requirements
- Cross-functional collaboration with dev, devops, security, bam, tam, legal and international laboratories
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical compliance, QA engineering, or technical auditing within the iGaming industry
- Experience performing gap analyses, maintaining change management records, analyzing market-specific regulatory requirements
- Direct experience collaborating with independent testing laboratories
- Working familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 standards and RNG systems
- In-depth understanding of key iGaming regulatory frameworks (MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, Danish Gambling Authority, ADM)
- Advanced Russian and English
- Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering
