Responsibilities

  • Driving organisational effectiveness: create structure, improve communication flows, drive accountability, and ensure important initiatives move forward.
  • Managing time, priorities, and focus: own complex calendars and competing priorities, proactively challenge, prioritise, make informed trade-offs, and make recommendations based on business context.
  • Building strong relationships across Monzo: build trusted relationships, become a key point of connection, influence without formal authority, and ensure information flows effectively.
  • Leading projects and initiatives: lead initiatives from concept to delivery, including leadership off-sites, engagement initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
  • Enabling decision making: help leaders prepare for important meetings, decisions, and conversations with the right information and insights.
  • Operating with judgement and discretion: handle sensitive information, exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality, and identify potential risks.
  • Contributing beyond your immediate role: share best practices, mentor others, explore new technology, and help evolve the EA function.
