Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Обязанности

• Support preparation of quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) SEC filings.
• Research and draft technical accounting position memos for complex transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly equity accounting journal entries.
• Contribute to the monthly and quarterly close process.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, FP&A, Tax, and Investor Relations.

Требования

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or at a public company in a technical accounting role.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Hands-on experience supporting or preparing SEC filings.
• Excellent communication skills.
