About the company

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Quantitative Analyst – Customer Lifecycle & Retention based in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, size, and prioritize analytical opportunities that can improve customer conversion, retention, follow-up, recapture, revenue, and broader business outcomes.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs, reporting frameworks, and measurement strategies to evaluate customer lifecycle performance and business initiatives.
  • Design and support experimentation and statistical measurement approaches to assess the impact of changes, campaigns, and operational strategies.
  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Servicing to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize complex T-SQL analyses and data solutions to answer strategic and operational questions.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Translate quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support business and revenue decisions.
  • Develop effective data visualizations and reporting that make complex analytical insights accessible to business and executive audiences.
  • Independently take ownership of ambiguous or high-priority analytical problems and move projects rapidly from concept to actionable outcomes.
  • Provide analytical leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to other analysts.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure analytical recommendations are effectively implemented and measured.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant analytics, quantitative analysis, business intelligence, or similar experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in T-SQL and experience working with complex data sets and analytical data solutions.
  • Strong experience with data visualization and the ability to communicate quantitative findings through clear, compelling reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in experimentation, statistical analysis, and measurement methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent business judgment and ability to connect analytical findings with customer, operational, and financial outcomes.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of high-impact initiatives, and operate with urgency and a bias toward action.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Ability to provide technical and analytical guidance to other analysts while remaining hands-on with individual contributor responsibilities.
  • Reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work, with a cable or fiber connection and Ethernet capability. Minimum connection requirements vary based on household usage, with higher speeds required for shared or heavy-use environments.

  • Annual compensation generally ranging from $140,000 to $165,000.
