Responsibilities

• Leading enterprise-level onboarding projects and guiding clients through implementation journeys
• Coordinating internal cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery
• Driving successful adoption of Sumsub products by preparing and educating client internal teams
• Establishing clear project plans and communication workflows

Requirements

• Proactive, detail-oriented and motivated by delivering exceptional customer experiences
• 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a client-facing or implementation-focused environment
• Experience with KYC, Transaction Monitoring (AML), or related compliance solutions is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
