  • Strong understanding of Agile software delivery and experience working effectively with Scrum teams.
  • Knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance technology is strongly preferred, including an understanding of functionality, limitations, advantages, and future technology direction.
  • Familiarity with the broader insurance technology ecosystem, including common integrations, system dependencies, and cross-platform considerations.
  • Strong backlog and roadmap management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requirements and maintain focus on business and customer outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence product, engineering, and cross-functional business teams through strong communication, collaboration, and earned leadership.
  • Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex business, technical, and operational problems to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, managing dependencies, and coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams.
Conditions
  • Base salary ranging from $77,283 to $179,048 USD, depending on location, with a typical California hiring range of $123,077.70 to $170,941.25.
