About the company
Workcraft Labs is a company that helps teams make their work explicit enough to delegate, automate, and scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and configure Notion databases, including properties, relations, rollups, formulas, views, templates, and permissions.
- Create clear pages and dashboards from approved workspace outlines and design direction.
- Set up and maintain Notion Custom Agents and AI skill pages using the process, context, and review rules provided.
- Add representative sample content so workflows can be tested before a client starts using them.
- Test desktop and mobile views, templates, permissions, automations, and common edge cases.
- Document build decisions, open questions, and handoff instructions in plain language.
- Work through feedback without breaking existing structure or client data.
- Flag unclear requirements early instead of guessing inside a client workspace.
Requirements
- A portfolio, Loom walkthrough, screenshots, or a clear written description of Notion work you personally built.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, formulas, rollups, templates, linked views, and sharing permissions.
- Strong attention to naming, visual hierarchy, data integrity, and small details.
- Clear written communication and comfort working asynchronously.
- The ability to follow a build specification while still noticing gaps or conflicts.
- Reliable availability, honest time tracking, and respect for deadlines.
- Care with confidential client information and workspace access.
- Curiosity about Notion AI, custom agents, and reusable AI instructions. Direct experience helps, but you can learn this part on the job.
- Helpful, not required: Notion certification, experience with Codex or Claude Code, familiarity with the Notion API, and experience documenting workflows or training a team.
Conditions
- Remote, part-time freelance work.
- Hours will vary based on project needs.
