This position is listed on behalf of a partner company. Our partner is looking for a Director, Corporate Affairs Strategy, Analytics & Insights based in United States. This is a strategic leadership opportunity within a global Corporate Affairs organization in the biopharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual Corporate Affairs strategic planning processes, including AOP and LRP.
- Manage and scale an enterprise-wide Corporate Affairs Impact Intelligence framework.
- Coordinate strategic milestones, governance processes, and cross-functional planning activities.
- Lead execution of the Corporate Affairs AI roadmap.
- Drive the Corporate Affairs AI Task Force.
- Establish and scale AI-enabled workflows, tools, prompts, and best practices.
- Build the foundations for predictive and influence-based Corporate Affairs capabilities.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
- Develop executive-ready reports, business reviews, briefings, and data-driven narratives.
- Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to assess stakeholder perceptions and emerging issues.
- Define and evolve KPIs and success measures.
- Operationalize strategic initiatives, process improvements, and change programs.
- Serve as a key connector across Corporate Affairs teams.
- Manage operational workstreams for key external partners and patient-access initiatives.
- Support financial governance, annual planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Public Affairs, Patient Advocacy, or related discipline within biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector.
- Experience working within global or multi-regional organizations.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives involving AI, analytics, emerging technologies.
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate them into scalable tools.
- Proven success driving technology adoption through change management.
- Experience designing or leading enterprise measurement frameworks.
- Strong understanding of external stakeholder, policy, regulatory, and reputational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with digital analytics, data visualization, and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong operational and financial management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
- Collaborative, proactive, results-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Approximately 10% travel expected.
Conditions
- Salary: $169,000–$229,000 USD annually.
