Responsibilities
  • Define the north star: vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for the curriculum
  • Deliver business impact: set quarterly OKRs and monitor performance metrics
  • Participate in planning: own research initiatives and quarterly release plans
  • Partner with Supply Chain to define physical components and product specifications
  • Be obsessed with customers: conduct qualitative and quantitative research
  • Leverage market intelligence to identify gaps and differentiators
  • Own end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch
  • Lead product execution across multiple teams
  • Harness strategic influence to align senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Enable go-to-market success with Marketing, Sales, and CX
Requirements
  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Embrace innovation and AI opportunities
