The Amplify Classroom platform combines curriculum, assessment, and supplemental learning
Serves more than 18 million students and teachers across all 50 states and six continents

Responsibilities

Define the north star: set vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for the curriculum
Deliver business impact: set quarterly OKRs, monitor performance metrics, drive products through stage gate process
Participate in planning: own and execute research initiatives, develop product concepts and plans
Partner with Supply Chain: define physical components and product specifications
Be obsessed with customers: conduct qualitative research and quantitative analysis
Leverage market intelligence: analyze competitor curriculum offerings
Own end-to-end product delivery: lead products from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration
Lead product execution: lead ceremonies for multiple teams, attend daily stand ups
Harness strategic influence: align senior leadership and stakeholders around product vision
Enable go-to-market success: partner with Marketing, Sales and CX

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech
Bachelor’s degree in related field required or combination of education and direct experience
Advanced degree preferred
Experience with AI capabilities like personalization, automation, and prediction
Strong communication skills
Data-driven decision making
Mentorship experience with APMs and PMs
