Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and procedures to verify application functionality, reliability, and compliance
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and use cases
- Identify, document, report, and track bugs and quality issues until resolution
- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing
- Apply QA methodologies and contribute to improving testing procedures and standards
- Participate in requirements reviews and project planning sessions
- Maintain test documentation using testing and project management tools
- Support definition and monitoring of quality metrics and KPIs
- Work closely with technical and business teams to align priorities
Requirements
- Previous experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably on medium- to large-scale projects
- Knowledge of software testing processes including end-to-end testing and BDD
- Familiarity with test case and defect management tools
- Understanding of SDLC and QA integration into development and release processes
- Familiarity with Agile practices including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong attention to detail and systematic problem-solving
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Nice to have: test automation tools such as Bruno, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, or Cypress
- Nice to have: test plans in Azure DevOps
