Oracle Cloud PLM Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management Director/Presales based in United States.

• Lead presales activities for Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management solutions, using strong functional knowledge to understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions.
• Apply practical experience from at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud PLM implementation to advise customers and demonstrate solution capabilities.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand product development, product hub, and lifecycle management requirements.
• Develop and present solution approaches that connect Oracle Cloud PLM capabilities with business objectives and operational needs.
• Support sales pursuits by providing functional expertise, participating in customer discussions, and helping shape compelling proposals and demonstrations.
• Apply knowledge of Process Manufacturing and product development environments to address industry-specific challenges and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal consulting, technology, and commercial teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, aligned, and positioned for successful delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through clear communication, consultative guidance, and a strong focus on long-term business outcomes.
• Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives and support enterprise organizations operating in complex technology environments.
• Travel frequently to support customer engagements, meetings, workshops, presentations, and other business requirements.

• 5+ years of experience with PLM applications implementation, consulting, or closely related functional technology environments.
• Demonstrated functional implementation knowledge of Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management, including at least one complete lifecycle implementation.
• Strong knowledge of product development and Oracle Product Hub, particularly within Process Manufacturing environments.
• Solid presales experience with Product Lifecycle Management processes and the ability to translate functional requirements into compelling solution approaches.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in consulting, solution delivery, presales, or technology advisory capacities.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements, identify appropriate technology solutions, and clearly communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Industry experience involving product lifecycle management and product development is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications and Process Manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and consultative skills with the ability to operate effectively in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with customers, consultants, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the United States; proximity to a major airport is preferred.
