QA/QC Specialist

• The role sits within the Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) department at the Bleiswijk fulfillment center

Responsibilities

• Quality Management Ownership: drive the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure site compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• Process Optimization: design, implement and refine internal quality processes bridging high-speed operations and food safety
• Operational Partnership: work with production and logistics teams to embed a quality-first mindset
• Audit Leadership: conduct internal audits and GMP rounds, act as key point of contact for external and unannounced audits
• Continuous Improvement Projects with the wider Site Quality team
• Quality Feedback Loop: investigate supplier non-conformities and consumer complaints

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a quality function within the food industry
• Accurate and goal oriented
• Able to present in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience with quality systems such as IFS, BRC or FSSC22000
• Fluent in English and Dutch (must)
