Responsibilities
Lead a team of advertising-focused Product Marketers with cohesive go-to-market strategies and inbound and outbound marketing plans.
Build a center of excellence for Ads product marketing with consistent launch motions that scale PMM impact.
Develop an Ads ecosystem narrative, messaging, and outbound marketing strategy reinforcing market leadership across all touchpoints.
Shape priority Ads features and new product opportunities using quantitative and qualitative insights from advertisers and the market.
Execute and measure strategic, high-visibility launches and marketing programs against product-specific business goals.
Educate the sales team and advertiser base on the value of Instacart's data and measurement products in partnership with Sales Enablement.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in product marketing and related product/marketing roles with at least 6 years in digital advertising and tech industry.
Experience in both outbound and inbound Product Marketing efforts.
Team management experience across multiple product lines.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Digital advertising experience and deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and advertising technologies.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
Experience in defining product marketing OKRs and tracking KPIs.
Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Conditions
Remote role in the United States.
Base pay ranges: CA, NY, CT, NJ $242,000 – $255,500; WA $232,000 – $245,000; OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI $222,000 – $234,500; all other states $202,000 – $213,000 USD.
Eligible for a new hire equity grant as well as annual refresh grants.
