About the Role
As the Head Field Marketing, APJ, you are the chief marketing architect of our go-to-market engine across the Enterprise and Strategic teams. You will lead a high-performing team of Field Marketing Managers to design, execute, and optimize regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Architect the theater strategy, develop comprehensive marketing plans, deliver theatre growth plans, galvanize sales partnerships, and track lead flow to closed-won revenue.
- Team Orchestration & Development: Lead a remote fleet, manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team, drive cultural excellence, develop future leaders, and serve as the voice of the theater back to Corporate Marketing.
- Analytics, Insights & Business Acumen: Establish executive-level reporting, drive data-informed strategy, continuously optimize, and manage the APAC roll-up budget.

- Proven people leader: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with a track record of building, scaling, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams.
