About the company

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Lead, Digital Payments based in the United States.

This is a high-impact product marketing role focused on building and owning a company’s presence within the digital payments sector.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy and presence for the digital payments sector, aligning positioning, partner activity, content, and events with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic payment, enterprise, and humanitarian partners, building trusted relationships and developing joint marketing plans.
  • Coordinate partner deliverables, proactively manage timelines and dependencies, and turn incoming requests into structured, high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Develop compelling co-branded content, including joint press releases, case studies, social campaigns, video testimonials, technical capability summaries, and other narrative assets.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify partner-led initiatives and events, positioning the technology naturally within relevant programs and audiences.
  • Plan and execute high-touch, targeted events designed to strengthen relationships, communicate market impact, and engage mission-critical audiences.
  • Manage and optimize the digital presence for the payments sector, ensuring partner pages, logos, messaging, graphics, and product descriptions accurately reflect current collaborations.
  • Collaborate across teams and external organizations to turn complex products and partnerships into clear, credible, and engaging market stories.
  • Maintain momentum across multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, or relationship-focused B2B marketing.
  • Experience in digital payments, fintech, digital infrastructure, public-sector technology, humanitarian organizations, or another complex B2B ecosystem is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external relationships across organizations you do not directly control, including aligning stakeholders, establishing trust, and maintaining progress when priorities change.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create polished case studies, press releases, technical summaries, social content, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Proven experience planning and executing specialized corporate, industry, public-affairs, or high-touch events.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, deliverables, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to turn complex technology and partnerships into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Self-motivated and highly accountable, with a strong bias toward action and a commitment to improving the work around you.
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and independently solving problems without relying on a predefined playbook.
  • Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback, with the ability to respectfully challenge existing approaches and bring diverse perspectives into discussions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, diplomacy, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and high-profile external partners.
  • Ability to work flexibly between remote and in-person settings, including onsite work at the Somerville-area office as needed.
  • U.S. work authorization is required; candidates should be eligible to obtain a security clearance if required for the role.
Conditions
  • Annual salary: $100,000–$150,000 USD.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with up to 5% employer contribution.
  • Health coverage: Fully funded medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and their families from day one.
  • Family support: Up to 24 weeks of paid parental leave, a 4-week paid ramp-back program, and a $10,000 family-forming benefit covering eligible fertility treatments, adoption, and surrogacy.
  • Time off: Flexible vacation policy with no fixed annual limit or accrual requirement, plus Summer Fridays and an extended December holiday period.
  • Flexible work: Remote work flexibility alongside access to three collaborative office locations.
  • Work-from-anywhere: Eligible employees may have the opportunity to work remotely from qualifying locations for up to two months per year.
  • Professional development: Individualized growth opportunities, mentorship programs, customized goals and feedback, and access to learning and leadership development programs.
  • Wellness: Dedicated wellness support and resources.
  • Commuting: Transit benefits to help offset commuting costs.
  • Team connection: In-person events and activities designed to strengthen collaboration and team relationships.
  • Inclusive workplace: Commitment to equal opportunity, diversity, inclusion, and reasonable accommodations.
