Responsibilities
- Evolve how communications get built and shipped using Braze and HTML templating
- Build automation and AI-assisted workflows for campaign delivery
- Develop and own backend features using Python/Django
- Design and troubleshoot integrations with third-party vendors
- Develop frontend experiences in React/TypeScript
- Lead complex initiatives from discovery through deployment
- Drive engineering excellence through mentorship and architectural reviews
- Partner with Product, Data, and UX teammates on experimentation
- Shape architectural direction for complex systems
Requirements
- Full-stack expertise across backend and frontend
- Track record building and owning internal tooling or automation
- Ability to deliver production-ready email with a templating language
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI
- Experience with Python/Django and React/TypeScript is a plus
- Data-driven product development mindset
- Strong system design skills
