Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises platforms, AWS, GCP, and multi-cloud architecture.
- Operate and scale Kubernetes-based containerized production environments.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
- Drive platform engineering initiatives — developer self-service portals, internal tooling, and golden paths.
- Establish and improve observability and reliability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, and Coralogix.
- Write automation scripts and tooling in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Own cloud networking, security, IAM, secrets management, and governance across environments.
- Lead production troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Architect solutions and provide technical leadership in close collaboration with R&D teams.
- Leverage AI-based tools to improve automation, incident analysis, operational efficiency, and developer workflow.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong experience with hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud environments — especially AWS and GCP.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability.
- Ability to design and lead infrastructure/platform projects in close collaboration with R&D teams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to investigate complex production issues end-to-end.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects from design through production.
- A solution-oriented mindset, strong collaboration skills, and passion for improving developer experience.
- Curiosity and a hands-on approach to adopting AI-driven tools for DevOps and platform workflow.
- Available to participate in a 24/7 production on-call rotation as part of the DevOps team is required.
