• B2B SaaS company hiring on behalf of a partner; role based in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across EMEA and APAC, connecting marketing programs to pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Build and manage scalable programs to generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation for audience targeting, personalization, lead scoring, campaign execution, and marketing productivity.
• Apply predictive analytics and intent data to identify high-value prospects and improve conversion rates.
• Own the full marketing funnel from acquisition through conversion.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, email, content, webinars, and events.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations on ICP definition, targeting, lead handoffs, and pipeline quality.
• Build reporting frameworks providing visibility into campaign, channel, and funnel performance.
• Establish a high-velocity experimentation roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment, with deep expertise in demand generation.
• Proven track record of owning strategy and execution with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Strong experience developing reporting frameworks and interpreting marketing data.
• Fluency in core SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, predictive analytics, and intent data.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Demandbase, and Salesforce.
• Comfortable operating autonomously as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
