Responsibilities
- Lead the in-house design team: planning, prioritization, people development, and the quality of what ships.
- Own the interface with brand marketing, product, events, and the streamer direction.
- Build predictable processes: task estimation, capacity planning, transparent timelines, and prioritization grounded in data and clear reasoning.
- Set the visual and conceptual direction for major projects and campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership.
- Experience in iGaming or related industries is a plus.
