Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring teams to understand their needs, define hiring strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Source and engage top engineering talent, using creative approaches beyond traditional job boards.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, building long-term relationships and a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to support recruitment campaigns and events.
- Use data to drive hiring decisions, identifying blockers and optimizing processes for scalability.
- Work closely with the People team to align hiring with onboarding, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking.
Requirements
- 2 years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in tech or product roles.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent, using innovative and data-driven approaches.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and teams.
