Responsibilities

• Design and evolve system architectures for AI, data, and platform components
• Continuously assess and refactor architectures to align with business needs
• Evaluate and validate maturity across DevSecOps and FinOps practices
• Review, enhance, and guide implementation of modern data architectures
• Oversee system monitoring, logging, tracing, and health checks
• Define and track SLAs
• Act as technical interface with clients on architecture matters
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, automated testing, and AI/ML workflow automation
• Mentor and upskill engineering teams
• Collaborate with fellow Technical Architects and stakeholders

Requirements

• Hands-on GCP: Vertex AI pipelines, GKE, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, VPC/networking
• Terraform at production scale (modules, state management, drift detection)
• CI/CD design for ML workloads
• Container and orchestration maturity (Docker, Helm, Kubernetes operators)
• Secret management, IAM design, workload identity federation
• FinOps tooling: GCP billing export, budget alerts, committed use planning
• Experience building or migrating a platform from scratch
• Experience in multi-tenant or multi-project GCP org structure
• Operated and supported large-scale production platforms, handled incidents and post-mortems
• Strong communication and mentorship skills
