We're looking for a high-energy Recruiter who thrives on the chase to help scale our fintech team from our Limassol office.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring plans
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound channels
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and build talent pipelines
- Negotiate offers, close top candidates, and track recruitment metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fintech, tech, or startups
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Limassol
Conditions
- Salary: €2,500 - €3,000 Gross + KPI bonuses
- Full-Time (On-site)
