Responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refine briefs, work through hypotheses and storyboard outputs
• Analyze data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and present statistically strong analysis to business stakeholders
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within supply and wider business
• Drive new analytical initiatives and projects improving organizational efficiency
• Lead projects scaling how Supply leverages data, insights, and intelligence
• Automate manual operational processes and report on time savings

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy
• Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, finance)
• 3+ years of experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase or PowerBI)
• Experience in A/B testing experimentation (a plus)
• Experience in Python or R (a plus)
• Understanding of statistical modelling or machine learning (regression, logistic regression, random forest) is a plus
• Good stakeholder management experience, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite
• Strong experience finding data insights and providing business recommendations
• Hacker's mindset — simple but clever solutions under resource, operational and time constraints
