Responsibilities
- Own the AI market narrative, including audience-specific positioning, messaging, value propositions, and solution stories that clearly differentiate human insight and research capabilities from alternative AI data, labeling, synthetic data, and evaluation approaches.
- Develop deep expertise in AI buyers and markets, including AI labs, agent developers, enterprises deploying AI, data providers, reinforcement learning and evaluation organizations, and systems integrators.
- Translate technical capabilities into repeatable AI solutions spanning human data, AI and agent evaluation, preference and demonstration data, expert judgment, reference sets, workflow evaluation, and managed research.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new AI capabilities and use cases in partnership with Product, Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop campaigns, thought leadership, strategic engagement materials, and market opportunities informed by customer, competitive, and industry insights.
- Create sales enablement resources such as solution briefs, messaging frameworks, playbooks, executive presentations, discovery guides, persona materials, competitive battlecards, objection handling, use-case narratives, and proof points.
- Establish strong feedback loops between customers, Sales, Product, and Marketing, translating market intelligence into improved solutions, differentiation, use cases, and strategic recommendations.
- Support category leadership through thought leadership, analyst engagement, industry events, partner initiatives, and executive-level customer conversations.
- Communicate the importance of qualified human judgment across AI training, evaluation, correction, safety, and continuous improvement workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Technical Marketing, Product Management, GTM Strategy, or a related discipline, with a track record of marketing highly technical enterprise solutions.
- Significant expertise in AI or related technical markets, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, developer infrastructure, data platforms, or adjacent technologies.
- Strong understanding of modern AI workflows and concepts, including post-training, preference and demonstration data, reinforcement learning and human feedback, AI evaluation, automated graders and LLM-as-judge approaches, human reference sets, agentic workflows, open-weight models, fine-tuning, domain adaptation, red teaming, and safety evaluation.
- Experience engaging sophisticated technical and AI buyers, including AI/ML researchers and engineers, post-training, evaluation, safety, human data, data operations, AI product, infrastructure, enterprise AI, CIO, and AI transformation leaders.
- Proven ability to create differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer and business value.
- Strong customer research, market intelligence, and sales enablement capabilities, with experience developing commercial tools for complex enterprise buying environments.
- Exceptional written, verbal, collaboration, and influencing skills, including the ability to communicate with executive audiences and lead significant cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Strong strategic judgment, curiosity, and the ability to convert market insight into actionable product and business recommendations.
