Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into active ZeroDev integrations.
- Pitch ZeroDev’s Kernel and modular account infrastructure directly to developer teams, helping them understand why their current setup falls short.
- Own the top of the funnel: track leads, nurture them from interest to technical evaluation, and hand off to sales engineering for deeper integration support.
- Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events, always tying engagement back to the adoption pipeline.
- Engage and source leads on social platforms (Twitter, Discord) to strategically position ZeroDev in relevant AA conversations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a BD or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with early-stage developers and contributing to crypto or Web3 ecosystems.
- Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702, and related developer tooling.
- Experience using social platforms to generate qualified leads, particularly Crypto Twitter to identify and engage prospective users, developers, or partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively both online and in person.
- Has used AI tools to optimize and automate workflows. (Claude, ChatGPT)
- A results-oriented approach, with experience defining and measuring outcomes such as converting prospective builders into active users.
