Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap for the next phase of UX and developer experiences for the Fastly Control Panel, CLI and developer tooling
- Define the roadmap for identity and access management (IAM), AI agent access, and API token lifecycle capabilities with the principle of least privilege
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver access tooling to customers
- Define and monitor success metrics using data-driven goals
- Understand use cases across industry segments and translate them into crisp product requirements
- Foster relationships with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Revenue teams
- Collaborate with security engineering, infrastructure, customer support, and sales engineering for multi-tenant developer workflows
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership, ideally on security, IAM, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
- Clear, confident communicator able to present complex technical concepts to executives and customers
- Focus on discovering the "why" behind market problems and translating technical capabilities into value
- Bonus: understanding of building cloud services in an enterprise environment
- Bonus: experience driving adoption through product analytics
- Bonus: deep understanding of user and developer experience
