Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality product features on time and with measurable impact.
- Own and prioritize your product roadmap, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct deep customer discovery and translate insights into clear, well-scoped requirements and user stories.
- Define success metrics and rigorously track product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end and shipping impactful features.
- Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design in an agile environment.
- Comfort with data — you use metrics to prioritize, measure success, and make decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority.
- Collaborative mindset — you celebrate team wins and share credit generously.
- Experience managing products with ML/AI components — you understand enough to have productive conversations with data scientists and engineers.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to uplevel your strategic thinking, speed of execution, prototyping, researching, and more — you're someone who actively experiments with new tools to work smarter.
- Nice to have experience with CRM, sales engagement, or revenue intelligence platforms.
- Background in or strong familiarity with revenue operations, forecasting, or sales analytics.
