• The Data Engineer is embedded within the Digital Transformation team, supporting Construction Operations and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines supporting project managers, operations leaders, and executive reporting.
• Integrate data from ERP/MRP, project management, scheduling, field mobility, and financial systems into governed enterprise datasets.
• Develop and maintain transformations that standardize project, labor, cost, vendor, material, and operational data.
• Support data integration requirements for system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
• Automate recurring data movement and manual workflows through scripting, APIs, orchestration, and reusable data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data models, staging layers, and curated datasets.
• Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability and scalability.
• Document data flows, transformations, dependencies, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to improve data quality, consistency, lineage, and reliability.
• Support master data management initiatives.
• Implement validation, reconciliation, and monitoring controls.
• Work directly with Construction Operations, Finance, HR, and corporate leadership to translate business needs into data solutions.
