Responsibilities
- Research and discovery: get to know both sides of the XPN marketplace, talk with customers, gather insights, and keep up with trends in the creator economy and gaming
- Coordinate the roadmap: work with the Product Director to turn insights into priorities
- Write product requirements: turn ideas into clear, well-scoped PRDs
- Manage delivery: organize the work in Jira and keep design, engineering, and QA aligned
- Track what matters: define and follow the metrics that show how XPN is working
- Keep everyone connected: be the hub for product communication
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management or product ownership, shipping software alongside a dedicated engineering team
- Customer insight: enjoy talking with customers and turning conversations into insights
- Clear writing: write product requirements that are easy to follow
- Engineering partnership: work closely with engineers day to day, managing the backlog and tracking work in Jira
- Cross-team communication
- Adaptability: energized by a fast-moving, globally distributed team
- Video game marketing: understand how games find and grow their audiences
- Creator platform familiarity: know how creators work on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Kick

- Marketplace or platform experience
- Partner commercial models: revenue-share or performance-based partner programs
- Campaign attribution: tracking links, conversion attribution, or measuring marketing performance
