Fully remote opportunity within Brazil, contractor engagement (PJ).
Responsibilities
Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Dynatrace monitoring across applications, services, and infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments.
Install, configure, and manage Dynatrace components including OneAgent, ActiveGate, and platform integrations.
Establish standards for tagging, management zones, naming conventions, alert routing, dashboards, and runbooks.
Develop alerting strategies using events, problem detection, anomaly detection, thresholds, and performance baselines.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and service health views.
Define performance monitoring KPIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
Support incident triage by analyzing distributed traces, dependencies, logs, metrics, and user-experience indicators.
Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM platforms and collaboration tools.
Automate monitoring onboarding using APIs, scripting, CI/CD, and configuration-as-code.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in application development, DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or production operations.
Strong understanding of APM and observability concepts: metrics, logs, traces, dependency mapping, synthetic monitoring, alerting, SLOs, SLAs.
Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Windows and Linux, HTTP, DNS, load balancing, networking.
