Responsibilities
- Own delivery of Salesforce solutions — Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations — from sprint planning through deployment
- Apply engineering best practices (DRY, SOLID, KISS) and maintain high code quality through GitHub-based pull request reviews
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, including the external-facing partner portal
- Ensure reliable, secure data flows across partner management and payments with strict access and permission governance
- Triage and resolve high-impact platform and data issues quickly
- Use AI tools as part of daily engineering workflow
- Partner with the Product Owner and Architect during story refinement
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, engineering standards, and pairing
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow)
- Experience with integrations and data flows
- Knowledge of engineering best practices (DRY, SOLID, KISS)
- Experience with GitHub-based development
- Experience mentoring junior developers
Conditions
- Base pay range: $140,000 – $210,000 USD
- Total compensation may include annual cash bonus plan, equity, sign-on payments
