Responsibilities
- Act as the hands-on technical owner for corporate conference rooms and collaborative spaces globally
- Monitor conference room health, deploy firmware updates, and resolve alerts using platforms like Zoom Admin Portal, Logitech Sync, and Crestron XiO Cloud
- Direct and execute the end-to-end production lifecycle for high-visibility company broadcasts
- Partner with executive leaders to lead technical rehearsals, pre-production show-flow reviews, and speaker prep
- Serve as the primary AV lead for customer-facing Executive Briefing Center sessions and Multipurpose Rooms
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional, hands-on experience in corporate AV systems engineering, enterprise conference room maintenance, or live broadcast production operations
- Advanced operational and administrative proficiency with Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, Google Workspace, and room scheduling panels
- Proven hands-on hardware mastery with DSPs, audio mixers (Dante / Q-SYS), video switchers (Blackmagic, Tricaster, Ross), PTZ cameras, microphones, and video distribution systems
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Zoom room administrators or facilities teams
- Strong composure, executive presence, and verbal communication skills
