• Set and drive a multi-year strategy for the end-to-end content-to-discovery flywheel across acquisition, processing, indexing, and retrieval/serving.
• Own the roadmap for the infrastructure supporting content, scraping, and catalog onboarding.
• Drive the extraction, processing, metadata enrichment, and freshness lifecycle.
• Own indexing across Shopping and Search.
• Own retrieval and serving with an understanding of latency, performance signals, and inventory.
• Define how the org measures freshness and reliability, and use that data to prioritize investment.
• Partner across content, shopping, search, and infrastructure teams, act as the spokesperson for the platform, and mentor peer PMs.

• 10+ years in product management or technical leadership, with a record of building and launching content, catalog, or commerce-supply platforms and infrastructure at scale.
• Direct experience owning one or more of: content/catalog acquisition and onboarding, data enrichment and freshness pipelines, search or shopping indexing, or low-latency retrieval/serving systems.
• Track record of improving data quality, freshness, or relevance metrics across a large, multi-stage pipeline.
• Strong technical judgment; able to go deep with engineers on tradeoffs across ingestion, indexing, and serving architecture.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and systems.
• Analytical and strategic mindset; comfortable making high-accountability decisions and defining metrics that prove impact.
• Exceptional communication and influence at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
