Our partner is looking for a Director, Analytics based in United States. This is a strategic, client-facing analytics leadership role focused on turning complex data into clear insights and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead with storytelling by translating complex analytics, media performance, and measurement findings into clear, persuasive narratives that connect directly to client priorities and motivate action.
- Shape client strategy by developing analytics approaches aligned with acquisition, retention, customer lifetime value, media performance, and optimization objectives.
- Drive measurement excellence by applying and advocating for rigorous methodologies, including test- and holdout-based incrementality measurement.
- Scale analytics best practices by identifying insights across clients, campaigns, and industry categories and turning them into repeatable frameworks.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts through coaching, onboarding, workload prioritization, performance management, feedback, recognition, and career development.
- Lead strategic analytics initiatives as a subject matter expert, helping define solutions, align stakeholders, and move high-impact work from concept through implementation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Client Development, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to solve client challenges.
- Support the development and adoption of predictive and adaptive AI/ML solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, marketing measurement, data science, media analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong ability to transform complex analytical findings into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
- Substantial client-facing experience with excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- At least 3 years of analytics leadership experience, ideally including direct people management.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more analytics, measurement, media, or industry domains.
- Working familiarity with Python, SQL, Tableau, or comparable analytical and visualization tools.
- Experience using predictive analytics and/or ML/AI models.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field; master's preferred.
- Experience within Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, or Travel is a plus.
Conditions
- Annual compensation of $170,000–$190,000, depending on location and experience.
