• Qode is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for an innovative AI team focused on Generative AI solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems leveraging LLMs for complex multi-step reasoning tasks
• Execute Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and implement LoRA techniques for domain-specific optimization
• Architect and maintain scalable ML pipelines on AWS for high availability of GenAI services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate deep learning models into products
• Monitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and iterate on improvements
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Vietnamese

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI development
• Proven expertise with LLMs, including SFT and LoRA fine-tuning
• Strong proficiency in AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2)
• Deep understanding of PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience building agentic workflows and integrating external tools/APIs with LLMs
• Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment
