About the Role
We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to be an integral part of the IT Operations team. As Argentina's IT Operations point of contact, you will be accountable for local device inventory management, Google Workspace administration, MDM implementation, and ongoing maintenance. You will provide end users the highest level of IT Support.
What You'll Do
- Be a main point of contact for device inventory procurement, deployment, physical security, and management for employees in Argentina, including macOS and Windows OS-based devices.
- Respond promptly to incoming ITSD tickets in Jira.
- Contribute to working down assigned items in the Jira backlog.
- Maintain a high level of technical change awareness regarding our application stack and IT Security.
- Obtain and provision hardware and software requests as assigned.
- Conduct IT Operations onboarding training for new hires and process IT-focused employee termination responsibilities.
- Contribute to IT audit work on access control history and quarterly software vendor audits.
Requirements
- Applicants must be fluent in English.
- Experience between 2-6 years.
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
- High aptitude in cloud-based productivity suite administration, macOS device management, IT service management platforms, enterprise Windows device management, and endpoint security platforms.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Self-starter with ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Ability to react to a rapidly changing organization.
- Experience with agile concepts, including Jira ticketing.
- High level of organization and documentation skills.
- Experience with PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, and CIS controls.
Conditions
- Fully remote role.
- Compensation range: $2,000 - $2,600 USD GROSS per month as a contractor.
