About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled, forward-thinking Senior Motion Designer to join our international Creative Team. You will shape our visual identity through movement, storytelling, high-impact digital experiences, and modern generative AI tools. You will lead creative concepts, elevate visual craft, integrate innovative AI workflows, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Motion Creation: Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute complex 2D animations and motion graphics for digital marketing channels.
- AI-Enhanced Workflows: Leverage Generative AI tools (including node-based workflows like Magnific) to upscale, generate, enhance, and iterate motion and image assets.
- AI Innovation & Experimentation: Test new tools/plugins and integrate AI tech into the creative team's daily workflow.
- Large-Scale & Non-Standard DOOH: Design animated video banners for large-scale digital screens (stadium LED boards, metro displays, digital billboards).
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Lead video editing projects, color correction, and visual sequences for multi-channel campaigns.
- In-App & Interactive Motion: Create, optimize, and export lightweight motion graphics using Lottie/JSON workflows.
- Brand & Creative Leadership: Maintain and evolve visual identity and motion guidelines.
- Process & Mentorship: Act as technical and AI-design expert, share best practices, guide design colleagues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or visual design.
- Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects and deep understanding of animation principles.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and node-based visual workflows (Magnific / Freepik Spaces, ComfyUI, or similar).
- Strong curiosity and passion for AI-assisted creativity.
- Proficiency in video editing and color grading tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Solid foundation in static visual design, layouts, typography using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Practical experience with Lottie / JSON for digital products and apps.
- Global communication skills.
