Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise events calendar end to end, from selection and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Manage the events budget directly, making smart tradeoffs across owned activations, sponsorships, and field presence.
- Partner with Sales, Partner and SDRs to align event strategy with pipeline priorities and target accounts.
- Work with Demand Gen to build pre- and post-event programs that turn attendance into qualified pipeline.
- Track and report on event performance, including brand impact, leads generated, and pipeline attribution.
- Represent n8n at key industry conferences and build relationships with event organizers and partners.
Requirements
- Extensive event marketing experience in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Owned events end to end before - not just supported them.
- Comfortable managing a budget and making calls on where to invest.
- Strong collaborator who knows how to work alongside Sales without losing sight of the marketing objective.
- Detail-oriented and very well organised to keep logistics tight and deadlines met.
- Willing to travel to key events throughout the year (Primarily US, some EMEA).
