Responsibilities
- Partner with product management to deliver products supporting strategic direction
- Drive prioritization, roadmaps, planning and delivery execution
- Work cross-functionally to manage delivery across complex interdependencies
- Drive definition of solution concepts into manageable deliverables with product, technology and business stakeholders
- Ensure technical delivery, operational readiness and go-to-market launch activities are in sync
- Foresee, manage and raise visibility to risks and issues; own mitigation/contingency plans
- Build and maintain relationships across the organization
- Measure and monitor business value by evaluating ROI after launch
- Refine existing standards for program management
Requirements
- BS Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years program management experience, preferably in telecom or Enterprise software delivery
- Experience partnering with product, technology and business teams
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience with program/project management tools (dashboards, Gantt/planning tools)
- Demonstrated leadership and self-direction
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Critical thinker and solution-oriented problem solver, strong negotiator
- PMP certification and/or scaled agile training (SAFe, LeSS) is a bonus
- Knowledge of web-based interfaces, APIs and/or SIP telephony is a bonus
- Familiarity with JIRA and Google productivity tools is a bonus
