The Enterprise Technology team builds and delivers secure, scalable systems, overseeing the full Hire-to-Retire technical ecosystem including Workday, Greenhouse, and Cornerstone.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Act as a strategic partner to People, Payroll, and Finance leadership, translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Lead design and configuration of Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking business processes, calculations, eligibility rules, and pay components.
- Manage the full lifecycle of configuration from discovery through deployment and maintenance.
- Leverage Workday reporting and analytics to monitor performance and deliver recommendations.
- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., ADP) to ensure seamless data flows.
- Champion continuous improvement by analyzing issues and leading testing efforts.
- Drive end-user adoption through documentation and training.
- Ensure configurations adhere to global data privacy and security standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years configuring Workday Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
- Deep functional expertise in Workday Payroll (GL, pay components, taxes), Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Proven experience leading tenant configuration testing, including UAT and regression testing.
- Advanced capability in building custom reports, dashboards, and hubs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders globally.
- Superior problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Agile environment.
- Experience with Workday integrations (PECI, PICOF, Studio) or Workday Extend is a plus.
- Workday Certification in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. person and on U.S. soil.
