HelloFresh is looking for a Fulfillment Technology Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of the strategic warehouse management system (WMS) Infios (Körber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage and legacy DAI/Dematic WMS (Matflo). Based in the automated facility in Barleben, Germany, with a wider Global perimeter.
Responsibilities
- Act as super user and level one support for the warehouse end-user community.
- Manage system configuration based on operations team direction.
- Facilitate end user training and assist in System SOP documentation.
- Oversee user menu profile and security setup.
- Participate in requirements definition and technical design of product enhancements.
- Coordinate and execute QC/integration/user acceptance testing activities.
- Work with global WMS technology colleagues in troubleshooting or managing changes to WMS integrations.
- Represent the Global WMS Technology team in cross-functional initiatives.
- Create reports that enable improved operation visibility and performance.
- Help maintain deployment, support and service coordination for hardware devices like RF scanners, tablets and workstations.
- Coordinate with a regional infrastructure manager to support local network services.
Requirements
- WMS Support Experience: 1+ years of experience supporting a WMS in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment (Infios/Körber/HighJump or DAI/Dematic WMS a plus).
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, data gathering, and custom report creation.
- Effective Communication: Fluency in English.
