The Enterprise Technology team builds and delivers secure, scalable systems that power how the business runs. The People Technology Team oversees the full Hire-to-Retire technical ecosystem, including Workday, Greenhouse, and Cornerstone.
Responsibilities
- Technically scope and lead delivery of multi-quarter, high-visibility, executive-sponsored projects across Experience & Rewards systems and processes (compensation, benefits, equity, total rewards platforms)
- Act as primary conduit between business partners and technical delivery teams, owning and writing detailed functional requirements, business processes, and use cases
- Serve as functional specialist and delivery lead for the Experience & Rewards pod, specializing in Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits technology integrations and workflows
- Drive delivery against a prioritized backlog for aligned stakeholder groups
- Operate in a Scrum framework — break down complex epics and business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable technical tasks
- Proactively identify and resolve project-level risks and requirement trade-offs
- Guide project teams through uncertainty, facilitate scoping workshops, and mentor junior colleagues
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience on the Workday platform in a delivery role with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's degree
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with deep functional knowledge of Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance/Rewards modules
- Proven track record as a Delivery Lead managing complex, multi-system initiatives
- Ability to handle complex issues spanning multiple applications and processes
- Exceptional collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking to anticipate future business needs
- Strong leadership qualities
- Extra credit: experience with AI/Automation initiatives within an HR tech ecosystem; relevant industry certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum)
Conditions
- U.S. soil status required
- U.S. person status required (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or U.S. national)
- Annual base salary range for San Francisco Bay area: $170,000 – $233,200 USD
